Visit Bruges Convention Bureau, the official convention bureau in Bruges
The Convention Bureau will offer you free support and specific advice for the organisation of conferences, seminars, meetings, incentives, product presentations and training courses in the city of Bruges. From the search for a suitable location, the ideal partners or the delivery of a varied programme - indeed, the city has many assets for shaping your overall experience.
As a conference city, Bruges focuses on association conferences in specific growth sectors: port and logistics with the link to the Port of Antwerp-Bruges, tourism and culture, healthcare from the presence of the AZ Sint-Jan and AZ Sint-Lucas hospitals, the ICT sector and the world of mechanical engineering and mechatronics.
Together with the Visit Bruges Convention Bureau team, we will investigate whether you are eligible for the subsidy programme. For example, for international conferences with a minimum of 2 overnight stays, the City of Bruges will offer a reception at the City Hall.
Moreover, we also like to organise incentives and corporate events from all over the world in Bruges. Do you want to organise a meeting, incentive or conference? We will be glad to help you.
