Conference & convention venues

Bruges boasts a large concentration of diverse and exclusive venues for conferences, seminars, congresses and incentives. Ranging from conference infrastructure such as the brand new Bruges Meeting & Convention Centre or the Concertgebouw (Concert building) to historic locations such as the Stadshallen (Cloth Halls).

A beautiful example of this is the Site Oud Sint-Jan (Old St. John site), one of the most impressive pieces of medical heritage anywhere in the world and a very popular venue for medical conferences.

The venues in Bruges can accommodate groups from 10 to 1,289 people. They are equipped with all the technical facilities you search for. In the modern infrastructure of the Concertgebouw, for instance, you can welcome up to 1,289 people in the best possible way.

As its name suggests, the Bruges Meeting & Convention Centre (BMCC) will focus on attracting trade fairs and congresses. By doing so, the city of Bruges wants to respond to the increasing demand for multidisciplinary possibilities and this in a state-of-the-art building. An exhibition area of 4500m² and a divisible plenary hall for 514 people are among the many facilities of this new gem. The venue will open its door in January 2022.
