Official reception at city hall

The city council offers an official reception at the city hall for conferences with at least 2 overnight stays (*). 

The conference participants are welcomed by a city representative in the prestigious Gothic Chamber, where the conference organizer can say a few words of welcome as well. Afterwards, a drink is offered in the “Salons of the Burgomaster”. An excellent opportunity to taste the Bruges city beer ‘Brugse Zot’!. 

This offer only applies to conferences that meet the following conditions:

• only for conferences or seminars for which the participants have at least two overnight stays in Bruges;
• the Gothic Chamber can accommodate a maximum of 150 people;
• the request must be made in writing, at least one month in advance.

VISIT BRUGES CONVENTION BUREAU WILL BE GLAD TO ASSIST YOU IN MAKING THE REQUEST.
